I started practicing yoga as a remedy for chronic neck pain in my early 20s. After finding a happy release in yoga that countered my busy London lifestyle, I decided to give up my career and train as a yoga teacher at Rishikul Yogshala in Rishikesh, India with my friend Beth in 2016. We both found the training extremely intense and difficult but learnt to respect our bodies and use yoga as a tool to improve our general well-being!
After returning to the UK I decided that I wanted to share these positive affects with people who may feel intimidated by yoga. I run friendly, approachable classes with careful guidance and plain language that makes sense! I enjoy encouraging others to connect with their bodies and find movement that feels good for each individual moment of the day.
